Annie's Achievements ...

12th January - 3rd April 2015 : Annie’s tactile art was on displayed in the art gallery at Moorfield's Eye Hospital, City Road, London. E.C.1, where she gave a talk at the workshop. 

25th November 2014 - 11th January 2015 : She had her work exhibited at The Sunbury Gallery, Sunbury on Thames, Middx. The exhibition is supported by ARTS COUNCIL ENGLAND. Annie Fennymore was awarded a grant to support her exhibition at the above gallery from 25th November 2014 – 11th January 2015.

9 November - 4 December 2012 : Annie contributed 4 paintings for the international Day for people with Disabilities to be held at Anglian Ruskin University, Chelmsford. 'Amber' 'This Way' 'Lost Horizons' and 'Acceptance'.

July-September 2012 : Annie contributed 5 of her paintings to an exhibition ‘Seeing with a second pair of eyes’ at Sunbury Embroidery Gallery. This display resulted in Annie being invited back for a solo exhibition which begins on 25th November 2014.

March/April 2012 : An exhibition of Annie’s work was on display in Slack Space, Eld Lane, Colchester, Essex, in the Back Space gallery.

December 2011 - February 2012 : Annie’s first solo exhibition was held at Colchester Medical Centre Gallery 1st. floor displaying 9 new pieces of her tactile and descriptive art. This exhibition resulted in Annie being featured in ESSEX LIFE magazine in December 2012

December 2011: Annie had three of her works taken as poster displays on the platform of Wivenhoe Railway Station, depicting 'Dandelions' 'Father Christmas' and 'Amber' as part of the rolling Visual Arts project.

November 2011: Locally, Annie has had work displayed in Colchester Library as part of Essex Blind Charity's Art Group.

More Credits

September 2011: She displayed a painting entitled 'Acceptance' which was part of an exhibition for the blind at the Royal Birmingham Institute. Also, at the same time, annie had a painting on show at the Royal Birmingham Society of Arts gallery entitled 'Annie's House' as a part of E.A.C Art Competition.

May 2011: She won highly commended award for her portrait of her now retired guide dog ' AMBER ' in the Helen Keller International Award 2011, which went on show at the Caledonian & Glasgow University.
